Young people sit at the heart of Young K&C's work. We are committed to championing youth voice, ensuring children and young people are in the centre of the conversation.
I think youth voice is really important because at the end of the day young people will be on the receiving end of these decisions.
Young Ambassadors Programme
Our Young Ambassadors are a team of young people aged 14-25 that live, work and study in Kensington & Chelsea. Young Ambassadors represent the diverse and ever-important voice of children and young people in Kensington & Chelsea.
Young Ambassadors are here to make Kensington & Chelsea a better place for children and young people by sharing their opinions on current services, local issues and life in their local area.

- Leadership in the Kensington & Chelsea community
- CV experience and a great reference
Since becoming a Young Ambassador, I've had the opportunity to interact with youth groups in the area, allowing me to be involved in the allocation of funding. I've gained valuable insights into not only the challenges of the communities but also the wide variety of talent and love within the youth.
