What

The Cooking sessions will be face to face where the young people will participate in the prep and making of food. Emphasis will be placed on healthy eating and helping the young people develop skills they can take in to their adult lives.

Cooking on a budget with simple ingredients, batch cooking, bread and pasta making. We will also invite local chefs to come in to deliver sessions.
