What
LCAT Art Psychotherapists work from a psychodynamic theoretical underpinning. This means they work with feelings and experiences in the here and now which can often relate to previous unresolved experiences. Psychodynamic Art Psychotherapy is process orientated which is different from other more directive forms of therapy. This can be an open-ended therapy to meet the needs of the individual or group.Organiser
