About Organisation

ECYC is a space where you can come to chill with friends, socialise and have fun. It is also a challenging environment where you will be encouraged to try out new things, learn new skills, raise your aspirations and explore issues relevant to you and your community. Our aim is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for young people of all abilities and backgrounds to come and enjoy a wide selection of activities aimed at promoting personal, social and educational development. To achieve this, we have a dedicated staff team made up of experienced and professionally qualified youth workers from a variety of backgrounds, able to offer information, advice and guidance on a wide range of issues. We are open during term time from 6.30pm-9.30pm, Tuesday-Friday, for youth work with young people aged 13-19 (up to 25 for young people with special educational needs or disabilities) in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We run our highly popular and successful Transition/Junior Club sessions aimed at children aged 9-13 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, between 3.30pm-6pm. We also run bespoke sessions (funding dependent) such as girls only football and boxing sessions on Mondays from 4pm-7pm, elderly community sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-12.30pm and under 9s football sessions on Thursdays from 4pm-6pm.
