Summer Term Training Programme
We know youth work has the power to transform young lives – but it relies on a workforce of skilled & supported youth workers.
That’s why we’re so proud to be a part of the first cohort of grantees to receive funding through the Propel initiative to strengthen and invest in the great people and youth organisations we have across the Young People’s Foundations (YPF) network in north-west London.
Over the next 3 months, Young K&C members can book into a range of workshops and sessions, developed with youth workers in mind, to improve knowledge and experience amongst staff in the youth sector.
You are invited to book into sessions ranging from inclusivity to safeguarding to social media - skills our members have asked for more support with.
We're really looking forward to watching this programme develop over the coming months. It's our pleasure to support the staff of our members through up-skilling and knowledge sharing to provide better outcomes for children and young people across Kensington and Chelsea and North West London.
