Networking and Training Sessions in June
We are running one networking session to support organisations with children at risk of exclusion and NEET young people, with The ClementJames Centre and one training session to support your bid writing for projects working with children and young people in Kensington and Chelsea.
Meeting K&C: ClementJames Centre
Tuesday 7 June, 12pm - 1pm
In the first of our local online networking sessions, The ClementJames Centre will be taking you through the support they provide to young people at risk of exclusion and Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET).
Meeting K&C showcases the work done by Young K&C members and encourages us all to work closer together to provide young people with the best support possible. The sessions encourage collaborative working and aims to develop partnerships between organisations.
The online session will be led by Ella Graham, Community Development Worker & Children and Young People's Advocate, and Thomas Baillie, Senior Community Development Worker & Children and Young People's Project Coordinator.

Fundraising 101: Writing Successful Bids
Tuesday 21 June, 11am - 1pm
Join Young K&C and local funders to discover best practice and the top tips you need to write successful grant bids.
This webinar is open to all Young K&C members to give you guidance in writing successful grant bids. We will be joined by local funders who are able to provide you with the knowledge and support you need to improve your bid writing skills.
Within the session, we will be covering:
The dos and don’ts of bid writing
How to use data effectively
The importance of monitoring and evaluation
Examples of successful bids
