Sports Coach

Team Magna is recruiting for INSPIRING, CAPTIVATING AND ENGAGING Sport and Activity Leaders to join our Extended Schools in Harrow and Ealing, starting ASAP.

Daily Hours are:

14:45 - 18:00 - Monday to Friday Term time only

Holiday camp work is also available.

We are looking for Sport and Activity Leaders to join our fantastic team in HA1 and W5, where we deliver extended Schools during term time and Magna Camps during the school holidays.

Working with Team Magna you will ensure the setting is delivered to the highest standard. You will be responsible for supervising the children, ensuring their safety at all times, engaging with them in aspects of play and conversation, setting up activities for children to optionally take part in, meeting and greeting parents, and providing feedback on their child's time with us.

About you.

Team Magna is proud of our team, as with children everyone is an individual and has their own special strengths. A background in this industry is not essential, as we believe it’s about having the right person who is committed to giving children the best opportunities leaving them wanting to come back for more.

You will need to be a strong communicator, with the ability to vary your communication style effectively dependent on the audience you are addressing. You need an eye for detail and strong organisational skills. You need to be hands-on and great at inspiring children and the people around you!

Applicants with a Level 2/3 sports coaching qualification or childcare qualification, or previous experience in this sector are preferred but not essential.
