Azza Supplementary School
About Organisation
Azza Supplementary School was established in1996 by a group of refugee women.
Since then we have been based in the North Kensington area and offer Arabic language up to GCSE level, and now we are pioneering the A-Level Arabic, and national curriculum English and Maths in addition to cultural studies, to children aged 6-16.
We also organize museum visits, learning related projects and family trips. We work closely with our families, providing them with help and support such as advice for secondary school transfer and parenting, among many other services.
We also offer our young people weekly sports sessions including football and basketball on alternating term dates.
We offer our services every Saturday from 10am-2pm during term time. Our school community is diverse, reflecting our local community, and all are welcome.
We also offer coffee mornings for parents discussing different issues that are relevant to our community needs, like health awareness.
We have an active father group, which allows parents to engage fully in their children development.
