Celebrating the Young K&C Achievement Awards 2024
At Young K&C, we believe in the power of community and the importance of recognising those who make a difference in the lives of young people. In a divided borough with over 100 voluntary and community sector organisations dedicated to serving more than 10,000 children and young people, the contributions of these unsung heroes often go unnoticed. The Young K&C Achievement Awards is a way of honouring the remarkable achievements of individuals and organisations within the voluntary and community sector in Kensington and Chelsea.
On 23 May 2024, Kensington & Chelsea’s youth sector got together for the Young K&C Awards at the Institut Français to celebrate and recognise the hard work and dedication of youth practitioners across the borough. The evening began with the awards ceremony and an address by K&C Mayor Will Lane in the Ciné Lumière, followed by a drinks reception in the library. It was an evening filled with joy, celebration and conversation, and we can’t wait for the Young K&C Achievement Awards 2025!
