Our Member Spotlight for April 2021 is MAMA Youth Project, an organisation that recruits, trains and nurtures young people aged 18-25 from under-represented groups or with limited educational or employment opportunities to succeed in the media industry.

To celebrate International Women’s Day, we interviewed the truly inspiring Eunicia Harding, Founder and Director of Rise Kids CIC, an organisation that was set up in response to the 2017 Grenfell Tower fire to provide after school provision and support to children who were affected by the fire.

From March 2021, Young K&C are introducing a monthly Member Spotlight feature, our first Member Spotlight is from Young Healthwatch Westminster, a group of young volunteers who share a hunger for the voices of young people to be heard in the design and delivery of mental health services.

Young K&C Small Grants 2020

Young K&C is distributing free laptops and software to young learners. Funded by John Lyon's Charity, laptops will enable local children to access online teaching and learning from local supplementary schools in Kensington and Chelsea.
